Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

  1. Studio bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been made in full. On agreement of time/date an invoice will be sent by email and settlement should be made on receipt by bank transfer.
  2. The hirer will be liable for any damage done to the property or piano during the hire period.
  3. The hirer is entitled to use the space for the hours agreed and should be ready to leave promptly at the end of the hire period.
  4. Steinberg Music reserves the right to cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the booking is due to begin and will immediately refund any hire fees paid in such circumstances.
  5. Steinberg Music reserves the right to refuse bookings if the proposed use is unsuitable in any way.
